I love baking cupcakes!!! I baked these awesome Black Bottom cupcakes which are chocolate cupcakes with a cream cheese chocolate chip filling and a chocolate ganache icing!

I love cupcakes too - really they will never go out of fashion. In an abstract sense, I believe that the superior cupcake is a chocolate cake with vanilla buttercream, that is what I always used to make. Here is the cake recipe I used: http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/black-magic-cake/detail.aspx
